Rue Flower is founded and led by Tamara Gardner, a dually certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse-Midwife

In addition to leading Rue Flower, Tamara is the owner of Seeds of Joy Psychiatry, LLC, a growing mental health practice specializing in integrative reproductive psychiatry.

Tamara is the mother of five and a grandmother of one. When she isn’t advocating for birth equity or practicing clinical care, she enjoys reading, traveling, making pottery, and spending time with her family and animals in Albuquerque.
